1.What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is only 5 – 10 units per item (depending on the item). You can receive lower prices if you were to buy a larger quantity per model.

2. Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we do offer volume discounts. The more you buy, the better deals we can provide to you, and the more you can also save on shipping.

3. Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the bank wire transfer, business check, cashier’s check, money order, Letter of Credit (L/C) and direct deposit.  For the letter of credit a minimum order is required and buyer must pay sellers bank fees.

4. This is my first time importing from overseas?
It is a very simple procedure importing from overseas. Once the item is shipped out we will provide you with all the paper work needed in order to release your goods when it arrives to its destination. We recommend you hire a customs broker once the goods arrive and he will release the goods for you. The shipping fee is usually paid to the customs broker you hire and he pays the shipping company. A customs broker fee is usually $100 & up depending on the size of the load and documentation.

5. How much will shipping be?
The shipping fee depends on the quantity ordered and destination. The best way to quote you on shipping is for you to put an order together of what you are interested in and send us an email with our ORDER FORM provided in our help bar. You can also register and add products through our website and select the payment option as (phone order) at the checkout page. The system will not ask you for a credit card.

6. How much is the duty (tax) fee in my country?
Every country has duty when importing above a certain amount. To find out what your duty is we recommend you call up your local customs agent in your country and he will answer you all of your questions regarding duty.

7. Will it be expensive importing your products to my country?
Today china is the leading country for importation. Most of the products shown all over the world are made in china today. Everyone pays shipping fees and duty in there country to bring in the products of there choice. The wholesalers in your country by from factories like us in order to sell to retailers. By choosing us you are by passing the wholesaler and are now buying from the source. This step will maximize your profits. 8. Do I pay you the shipping fee?
Shipping fee is paid directly to the shipping company or customs broker you decide to hire. We do not accept any shipping fee payments.

9. How do I know I can trust your factory compared to other factories?
We invite all of our customers to visit our factory in china, we can arrange to pick you up at your hotel and take you on a tour to show you that we stand behind our reputation. We have been manufacturing for over 20 years and are proud of our products, quality that we were able to maintain and improve.

10. How do I order from QualityFurnitureFactory.Com?
All orders are done over the telephone or online. Please contact a sales representative by clicking Contact us or calling the number on the top of the website. If you do not wish to call and would prefer to have a sales representative contact you, please email a salesperson with your full name, phone number, and address. Someone should contact you within 24 hours.

11. How do I track my order?
Your order can be tracked by calling the shipping companies offices in your state and providing them with a Bill of Lading number. We will provide you with the Bill of lading after the order have been shipped.

12. What is your return policy?
We only take returns for unopened, unused merchandise within 30 days from the day the customer receives their product. Shipping costs are not refundable, and the dealer must pay for return shipping. This is an industry standard policy.

16. Do I need to have any Import experience?
Absolutely not. We are here to provide you with a full service and take care of shipping, documentation and logistics while informing and guiding you through the entire process for an easy and hassle free transaction.

14. Do I need to buy a full container?
Definitely not. You can buy as few as ten units, depending on the model. We will ship it to you in a shared container (consolidated cargo) and you will only pay for the relative freight charges of your cargo.

15. How much are the import taxes, duties or customs?
You can easily inquire with any local customs broker or the relevant authority in your country.

16. Do I have to come to the port in order to clear and take delivery of my consignment?
Certainly not. Any customs broker will perform this service for you for a reasonable fee.

17. How is payment effected?
Payment is effected by bank wire transfer to QualityFurnitureFactory.Com account with HSBC, New York. 30% in advanced when placing the order and 70% is paid on loading against receipt of the marked pre-shipment pictures as proof of supply.

18. Do I have to come to the port in order to clear and take delivery of my consignment?
Certainly not. Any customs broker will perform this service for you for a reasonable fee.

19. What is the lead time to delivery?
It takes about two weeks to manufacture, mark, certify, crate and load and another 3-4 weeks for transport. Approximately 6 weeks from order to delivery, depending on the destination.

20. Is freight included ?
No. We will indicate a freight estimate. Freight charges in most cases will be collected by the shipping company on delivery.

21. Do you keep stocks anywhere? Can I see a product?
We manufacture to orders only and can only sell samples (with a 40% surcharge on the advertised wholesale price).

22. Do you offer a warranty?
Most definitely. A one year warranty is provided for all our models. Any faulty or defective part will be replaced on first demand.
